clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was newly reconstructed and had a lovely shower with plenty hot water. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a large shared living room. Perfect location - easy to walk everywhere - close to supermarket. Ilaria - the host - was kind and responsive - making my work trip a pleasant experience.
Would be happy to recommend.

We got great value for our money at this B&B. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, being a short walk from the train station and city center. The staff treated us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could be improved by adding some fresh fruit to the prepacked and carbohydrate-heavy offerings.

The rooms at Il Portico B&B were cozy and had a homely feel to them. The private bathrooms were clean and had a bidet, so it was nice to have that extra touch. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, and the microwave came in handy for warming up late-night snacks. the rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
One small thing we didn't particularly like was the tea/coffee maker in the double room. It didn't work properly, but that's just our opinion.

The hospitality at the B&B was amazing. The host was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel warm and secure. We loved the fact that we had the freedom to come and go as we pleased and the flexibility to wake up whenever we wanted. The breakfast spread was great, with plenty of choices and access to a kitchen. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to both the train station and the town center.
One thing we found lacking was information on activities and events happening in the area. We stumbled upon a tourist office where we learned about a great evening market in the city center, but it would have been helpful if the host had mentioned it beforehand.

I recently stayed at a lovely B&B in Faenza and had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, and nicely furnished. It was very comfortable and offered a quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a good night's sleep. The location was also convenient, being close to the railway station and a short walk from the city center. The owner of the B&B was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. She even gave me a lift when I couldn't find a taxi. Additionally, there was a good pizzeria nearby, providing tasty dining options. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this B&B to others.

The B&B had excellent facilities, including spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location was ideal, with easy access to both the train and bus stations, making it convenient for transportation.- One of the best aspects was the unexpected amenities, such as the well-equipped kitchen and the supermarket close by.
The noise from the trains was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

I can't even put into words how amazing our stay was at this place! The bedroom was huge, with beds that were so comfy they felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was a dream, with a shower that had plenty of hot water and made you feel like you were in a fancy spa. And get this, there was a kitchen that was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! It was such a pleasant surprise. The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance and a supermarket close by. We didn't even get to meet the host, but her dad was super kind and spoke perfect English. Our room was spotless and the bathroom looked brand new. The shared living room and kitchen were so tidy and cozy. And believe it or not, there was a baby next door and we couldn't hear a thing. It was like magic! A big shoutout to Ilaria for being so accommodating with all our last-minute changes and requests. She made our business trip feel like a vacation. And finally, the breakfast was typically Italian, but we expected that so it was totally fine. This place had it all - space, cleanliness, AC, and even a plug-in for mosquito control. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
